Adenna Inc., founded in 1997, has been the preferred choice of disposable gloves and healthcare products to the medical, dental, laboratory and industrial markets (B2B) in North America. 

Ideal Candidate: 

• A positive and cheerful attitude is a must, courteous and eager to help.

• Pay attention to great details and able to avoid or minimize errors in order entry, Excel reports, etc.

• Hardworking, confident speaking on the phone, 2+ years experience in communicating with business accounts.

• Very strong computer skills in Excel (intermediate or above), Words, and knowledge of CRM software, such as Goldmine or ACT would be a plus.

• College degree or some college coursework. 

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Communicate with customers, confirm purchase orders, enter sales orders.

• Manage accounts pricing, promote new products to customers, research and answer inquiries.

• Send marketing materials and product samples, assist account managers.

• Track shipments, address backorders, shipment discrepancies, and process returns, exchanges, etc.

• Prepare sales reports (in Excel), assist in marketing projects, make travel and tradeshows arrangements.

• General office functions.

 Sales - Account Manager

Adenna Inc. is offering the right candidate a professional career opportunity to manage and grow sales of assigned accounts.

Adenna Inc., founded in 1997, markets and distributes disposable gloves and healthcare products to the medical, dental, veterinary, laboratory, food and industrial markets through dealers and distributors (B2B). 

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Call and speak to accounts on a monthly basis.  Enter, process and confirm to accounts their purchase orders upon receipt.  

• Manage accounts pricing, negotiate contracts, research and answer inquiries, assist in A/R collection when necessary, etc. 

• Promote new products to accounts, create incentive program, marketing campaign, pursue product insertion in account's catalogs and websites, identify new opportunities and new markets in account's business. 

• Address backorders, returns, shipment discrepancies, product quality, and other shipping issues.

Ideal Candidate 

• Hardworking, creative problem solving skills, confident speaking on the phone and pay attention to details.

• Excellent selling skills, persuasive, professional and is able to sell over the phone and by e-mail. (95% selling by phone and e-mail inside the office).

• Minimum 2 years experience in selling tangible products, understand distribution, logistics, lead time, etc.

• Strong math, good computer skills in Excel (intermediate level), Words and CRM software, such as Goldmine or ACT.

• College degree.  Must be able to travel to visit customers, 5 - 10% of time. 

Compensation and Benefits: 

• Annual base salary $36,000 and up negotiable pending on experience, plus commission.
