Adenna introduces our new and improved powder free latex exam gloves for the GOLD label glove line. The new GOLD PF latex gloves are produced by an on-line chlorination process, whereby previously, they were produced by an off-line chlorination process.

This new process produces a glove that is whiter in color, and the color is consistent and even throughout the product. The cuff area is no longer yellowish, and the palm and fingers are the same in natural white color. There is absolutely no chlorine smell on the glove. In addition, each glove is washed with a special polymer after chlorination to prevent the gloves from over-sticky inside the box.

We have eliminated the biggest problem associated with off-line process, where some gloves are too sticky with too little chlorine, or too slippery when there is too much chlorine. We can now insure each and every glove is evenly chlorinated to maintain consistency for donning and grip. The protein content for these gloves is 50mg or less per gram of glove.
