Affiliated Medical Distributor Services (AMEDS) and Adenna renewed a three-year sole-source private label agreement for the third term. AMEDS is a network of long-term care and home care distributors across the country, and its members continue to have tremendous success with ADENNA products. ADENNA supplies the members with a full line of latex and synthetic exam gloves. In addition, Adenna stocks and warehouses inventory, and provides cost effective logistic solutions to the group. The three-year agreement is effective September 1, 2004.
